Fee schedules
Current-year fee schedules can be found in the MyDentalCoverage portal. Fee schedules for the next year will be provided separately in advance of the new year. For questions about fee schedules, contact your provider network manager.
Medicare Advantage plans
Most Florida Blue Medicare plans include dental benefits. Members will present a Florida Blue Medicare HMO or PPO medical ID card, which also serves as their dental ID card. It’s important to note that a member’s Medicare Advantage ID card will reference the medical plan type, which is not the same as the dental plan type. All dental benefits embedded in Medicare Advantage plans are PPO benefits. The Medicare Advantage plans offered by Florida Blue are shown in the grid below along with associated medical and dental plan types. Only the dental plan type is associated with your network participating status with us.

Medicare Advantage compliance training
Below are links to annual general and specialized Medicare compliance training. These courses are available to all persons involved in the administration or delivery of Medicare Advantage program benefits. Providers are advised to complete the training and to email Certificates of Completion to dentalproviderrelations@fclife.com.
