REMINDER: Most Florida Blue Medicare Advantage plans include dental benefits. Members will present a Florida Blue Medicare HMO or PPO medical ID card, which also serves as their dental ID card. It is important to note that a member’s Medicare Advantage ID card reflects the medical plan type and may not correspond to the dental benefit design. Providers should always verify dental benefits and eligibility before treatment.
