Important Deadline: 2024 License Renewal
Please renew your license with the Florida Board of Dentistry no later than midnight EST on February 28, 2024. Registering early is strongly encouraged to avoid termination of your network contract with Florida Combined Life. If you have not renewed your license by February 28, your license will be considered delinquent, and your contract with Florida Combined Life will terminate, effective March 1, 2024.
